\v 25 You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of your servant, our father David,
\q 'Why did the Gentile nations rage,
\q2 and the peoples imagine useless things?'
\s5
\m
\q
\v 26 You said,
\q2 'The kings of the earth set themselves together,
\q and the rulers gathered together
\q2 against the Lord, and against his Christ.'
The ULB breaks up the Psalm 2:1,2 with the "You said" at the beginning of Acts 4:26. It gives the impression that the v 25 and 26 are quoting from two different passages. Greek and other English translations don't do that.
I suggest removing the single quote at the end of v 25, and the "You said" and the single quote mark at the beginning of 4:26. (I'm not sure about the \m before \v 26.)
