ISA 36:5-7

Restored from Translation Notes text *yes it was there. 
I tried an old USFM for searching, but a lot of editing went into Isa 36 and what was in the Translation Notes appeared to be more recent. 
Also corrected the patronymic constructions to more consistent ones.
