1CO 1:25 Wrong word; beyond dynamic? #55

\v 25 For the things of God that appear foolish are really wiser that the most brilliant ideas human beings can imagine. And the things of God that appear weakest are stronger than the strongest and greatest human being who ever lived.

ISSUES:
(1) "that" should be "than" in the first sentence.
(2) The italicized words appear to go well beyond dynamic equivalence and add words to the Biblical text. By comparison, the ULB for this verse is:

\v 25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than people, and the weakness of God is stronger than people.

\v 25 For the things of God that appear foolish are really wiser **that** *the most brilliant ideas human beings can imagine*. And the things of God that appear weakest are stronger than *the strongest and greatest human being who ever lived*. ISSUES: (1) "that" should be "than" in the first sentence.
