MAT 3:3 Isaiah quote altogether missing in BIEL version #54

\v 3 When John began preaching, then came true what Isaiah the prophet had said long ago. He said,
\pi "In the wilderness people hear someone shouting to anyone who comes,
\pi 'Get ready to receive the Lord when he comes!
\pi Get everything ready for him!'"

ISSUE:
In the online rendering in BIEL (https://read.bibletranslationtools.org/u/WycliffeAssociates/en_udb/41-MAT.html#ch-3), the quote from Isaiah is missing from verse 3. Presumably this has something to do with the \pi markers on these lines.
