The verse numbering has changed and the Notes for 13 might now need to go to verse 12.

Please check to see if there needs to be more moving of the Notes text.

There is one note that needs to move to verse 12. I will move it and add "This page has intentionally been left blank" to verse 13 if there are no objections.
