Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently at the bottom of this page there is this statement:
To read more about USFM notation, please read http://paratext.org/about/usfm .
Would you please add onto the sentence that for specific formatting they can use the interactive documentation at: https://ubsicap.github.io/usfm/about/index.html for specific USFM formatting rules.
I added that line.
Could the attached screenshot be added to show what the formatted text looks like when a program reads the USFM markers?
It would come right after this paragraph:
When a computer program that can read USFM sees this, it formats all of the chapter markers the same way (for instance, with a larger number) and all the verse numbers the same way (for instance, with a small superscript number).
Chris, those two links go to pages that give basically the same info. I wonder if this link would be more helpful: https://ubsicap.github.io/usfm/
(Sorry about the mess above. The "assignee" feature didn't seem to be working, so I kept trying.)
Susan,
Remove the ParaTExt link. It has distracting information about history and purpose and could be confusing to a non-English reader. (I was confused on where to find the information.)
Yes, you are correct - the link you provide - https://ubsicap.github.io/usfm/ - is the better link.
I changed that link.
This is still open because I hope we can attach a screenshot to the page.
8/30/21 I added this request to the Pipeline Rebuild Tasks on Teams.
