Link works strange in html #56

It works right in WACS.
In the HTML, it seems to take me two pages up to "Choosing a Source Text"

I've experienced this with other links in the HTML. Sometimes they take me to the page I want, and sometimes they seem to take me to a page nearby. Do we know what causes this? Is this something that can be fixed?

Chris noticed that in the TOC yaml, the title "The Unlocked Bibles" lacked quote marks. I added the quote marks.

That fixed it.
