I plan to archive this page. But do we want anything somewhere in the manual about the team asserting or affirming the statements below that I put in bold? Affirmation by Translation Team

The intent of this level is to affirm that the translators have taken steps to ensure the accuracy of their translation and that the translation is in agreement with standard Christian doctrine. Publishing content at this level makes it available to members of the language community and provides an open invitation (implied or direct) to them to suggest improvements to the translation.

To achieve this level, the translation team asserts that the Statement of Faith is an accurate reflection of their own beliefs and that the translated content is also in harmony with it.

The translation team asserts that the translation has been done in accordance with the MAST process and that they have made use of available exegetical and translation checking resources in the translation process, including the Translation Notes and Translation Words.

I think you could combine the information into a couple statements as follows:
The translation team affirms that the translation is accurate and in line with the statement of faith and that they followed the MAST process, including each checking step, using the resources available to check their work.

That works for me. I am good with that usage of affirm too. I would change the last phrase to "using resources available to check and refine their work"

I need help to know where in "Translation Team Check" to put this sentence:
"The translation team affirms that the translation is accurate and in line with the statement of faith and that they followed the MAST process, including each checking step, using the resources available to check and refine their work."

Is this something they need to do in order to upload their work to the WA content server?
Does affirming these things mean that the team tells someone (perhaps one another) these things?

The last pargraph of the page covers some of that, but it sounds less formal:
When the team has completed these steps, has incorporated the edits into the translated portion, and is collectively satisfied with the product, they are invited to upload the translation to the Wycliffe Associates content server where the work can be seen on bibleineverylanguage.org. This enables the broadest reach of the content as an active project, with an open invitation to others in the language community (implied or direct) to help improve the translation.

Should I change it to something like one of these? (The sentences are very long and somewhat complex. I used bullets here to try put the ideas into smaller more managable chunks.)

Would it be good to say how the team affirms that they have done those things?
Do they tell each other, the team leader, WA?
What do they do if they realize that they can't truthfully affirm them all?
