"Examples of Translation Strategies" Formatting

I'm looking at the page for Abstract Nouns. I assume the other pages have similar issues.
https://content.bibletranslationtools.org/WycliffeAssociates/en_tm/src/branch/susanquigley-issue-14/jit/figs-abstractnouns/01.md

Read on web view:

  • The strategy is numbered. Good.
  • The bulleting levels are right. Good.
  • The bullets should be indented more.
  • There are no empty lines. Good

Interleaved PDF:

  • The Strategy is numbered. Good.
  • The ULB verses are numbered along with the strategy. They should be bulleted.
  • The underlining in the ULB verses does not show up.
  • There should not be empty lines after each strategy or verse

Active or Passive
Read on Web view:

  • There should not be an empty line between the Strategy and the first ULB verse.
  • The bullets are indented as they should be.

Interleaved PDF:

  • Same problems as in "Abstract Nouns".

I will see which of these I need to address and which I need Craig to address.

  • Abstract Nouns looks good in the HTML now.
  • Active or Passove looks the same in the HTML as it did before. It looks I just need to remove the empty lines. I did that. It added empty lines in WACS. I don't understand.
  • The HTML isn't updating, so I can't see what happened there.

The Interleaved PDF still has the same problems.

When these two pages look good in the HTML and the pdfs, hopefully I'll know how to fix the other pages in WACS so they will be the same.

I added a task about this to Reuben's Pipeline Rebuild on Teams.
The task is called "Translation Strategies Applied."

Craig explained that the first indent should be 4 spaces in and the next should be 8 spaces in from the margin.

I made the changes in all the jit files.

Check the formatting in these:
figs-quotesinquotes
figs-simile
translate-b(iblical) to see that the location of the footnotes is good.

writing-connecting words

The Translation Strategies Applied sections on WACS and in the testpipeline look great. I'll close this now.
