@ChrisJarka, I've added some links. I don't know if I got the syntax right -- particularly the issue of how many sets of periods. (I put a space before the parentheses so you can easily see the syntax I used.)

[Accuracy] (../../translate/guidelines-accurate/01.md) - This works on the HTML, but it's not the standard way of doing it when a link is in the same folder that the page is in.
[Accuracy] (../guidelines-accurate/01.md) - I changed it to this. When the HTML is updating, I want to check it just to be sure it works.
Chris and Craig, when two files are in the same folder, it looks like either of these styles will work in the HTML: (../guidelines-accurate/01.md) and (../../translate/guidelines-accurate/01.md). Sometimes I used one, and sometimes I forgot and used the other. Is that ok, or will this cause a problem to the pdfs?
