Contact Form tries to open email application instead of "submitting" #7

When I fill in the contact form, and try to send a message using the "Send Message" button, it opens up my defaul email app with a new message to training_wa@wycliffeassociates.org instead of sending the message.

Expected result: the message should send from the backend without any further input from the visitor.

It is currently set as a mailto per Michael's request for testing. I'll create the backend controller and endpoint, ASAP.
