The section reads:

"The secret truth of Christ" is the gospel. Paul did not want to say that the gospel must be kept secret. Instead, he wanted people to think that no one knew the gospel until Jesus came to earth.

A GL translator makes the following observation:

the secret truths of Christ. sounds unlike God says in Col 1:27 ESVthis mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

This is due to the commentaries alignment with the ulb, which has been since changed to read mystery. This has been updated in the BC with a link added to the mystery article.
