# 约书亚记 20章总体注释
### 本章的特别概念
#### 避难城
一个人若是被杀了，他的亲属有责任去杀死那个凶手。假如这是一樁误杀，那就不公平了。因此神告诉以色列人要设立几个逃城（避难城）给那些误杀了人的人。在这样的城里他的案件会依法处理："你们要如此行，好让那无意中杀了人的可以逃到这里。这些城就成为给那些逃避为报仇而追杀他们的避难之地。“ (See: rc://en/tw/dict/bible/other/refuge and rc://en/tw/dict/bible/other/avenge and rc://en/tw/dict/bible/kt/blood)
