The female is the married woman who wants to have sex with "him," the young man.

The moon is "full" when it is a perfectly round disk.

Both of these words basically mean the same thing and describe the woman using words to tempt the young man to have sex with her. AT: "sensual talk ... sweet words" or "sexual way of talking ... flattering speech"

"she seduces him" AT: "she convinces him to commit adultery"
