Many issues with quotes. I have listed some of them here. There are a lot of verses that have quotes in English but none here. Also instances where single quotes are paired with double.

MAT 8:13 incomplete quote and maybe incomplete sentence.
MAT 8:32 - no close quote
MAT 15:5 - can't determine whether this is an open or close quote.
MAT 19:28 - Do these quotes belong?
MAT 26:15 - incomplete verse?.
MAT 26:75 - incomplete verse?
LUK 14:9 - Close quote missing
LUK 14:11 - uncertain quote placement.
Luke 22:53 and 54 are the same. Verses around this area need to be re-examined
LUK 23:29-31 - uncertain quote placement.
LUK 24:19 - Misplaced/missing quotes
ACT 9:34 - close quote missing
ACT 17:23 - uncertain quote placement.
ROM 9:28  - extra text (from v 29?) at end of verse?
1CO 10:23 - Open or closing quotes missing.
1CO 12:16 - Open or closing quote missing.
2CO 3:8-12 - Verse order issues. \v 9 may be out of place or numbering may be wrong.
2CO 4:5 - extra text at the end (from v 6?)
2CO 4:12 - issue may be an alternate translation
2CO 6:17-18 - Misplaced/missing quotes
2CO 9:12 - Closing quote missing.
EPH 2:11 - Misplaced/missing quotes
EPH 6:19 - appears to be a typo - no similar word found in the book.
HEB 10:8,11 - are identical and contain an isolated quote mark
HEB 11:5 - no closing quote
HEB 13:5 - Open or closing quote missing
JAS 1:10 - Part of verse missing?
REV 1:13 may be a missing verse marker.
