Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The following verses were left blank in the Tok Pisin ULB, and they all say simply "undefined." The English ULB had footnotes explaining why the verses have no next.
Mat 17:21
\v 21 \f + \ft The best ancient copies do not have verse 21, \fqa But this kind of demon does not go out except with prayer and fasting \fqa* . \f*
Mat 18:11

Examples of some ways to handle this:
Translate the footnote that explains why the verse has no text.

Translate the text
\v 21 But this kind of demon does not go out except with prayer and fasting."
Translate the text and add a footnote that tells why some translation do not have it.
\v 21 But this kind of demon does not go out except with prayer and fasting." \f + \ft The best ancient copies do not have verse 21. \f*
I would recommend doing one of the three options above. Otherwise, people may think that there was a mistake if they see the word "undefined", or if they see a verse number with nothing after it, or if they see that a verse number is missing.

Regarding verses that are blank, we have chosen option # 2. Include a verse marker and a word such as “undefined” (This is how the empty verses are set up now.) Actually, our translation work are left that way in the BTT writer.

There are no issues accept some verses in this book appearing as empty have a small footnote icon and is worded 'undefine'. These verses are blank and are not translated because there is no define source text. ( Examples; Mtt18: 11, 17:21, 23:14 )
