Acts 24:6 said:
\v 6 (Aposel 24: 5-8, long wanpela olpela buk i rausim dispela ol tok, "Olgeta bilong" stat long ves 6 i go inap long ves 7 na 8 (lukim futnot). Na tu klostu em bai mekim tempel i doti, olsem na mipela holim em na kotim em.
I moved the footnote to the end of the verse, and I added footnote marking. So now verse 6 looks like this:
\v 6 Na tu klostu em bai mekim tempel i doti, olsem na mipela holim em na kotim em. \f + \ft Aposel 24: 5-8, long wanpela olpela buk i rausim dispela ol tok, \fqa Olgeta bilong \fqa* stat long ves 6 i go inap long ves 7 na 8 (lukim futnot). \f*
But I don't understand the footnote. It seems to say:
Acts 24:5-8, in an old book they removed the words "All of" at the beginning of verse 6 through verses 7 and 8 (see footnote).
The English ULB has this for verse 6.
\v 6 He even tried to desecrate the temple, so we arrested him. \f + \ft Some ancient copies add, \fqa We wanted to judge him according to our law \fqa* . \f*
Would you want to make the footnote like the one in the ULB?
Acts 24:6 and 7 footnotesto Acts 24:6 footnote21 September 2021 I updated this verse to match Gibson's. He had changed the first few words and deleted the confusing footnote.
