As of 7/19/18, Romans is incomplete, with 16:25-27 missing. (See https://git.door43.org/mxaln/ru_rom_text_ulb.) Note that the Russian Synodal Bible, which was used as (the primary?) source text, also does not have Romans 16:25-27.
