Checking the key words involves two processes. The first is to make a chart of key words that shows key words and how you will translate them in your language. The second is to check the key words in each portion of scripture that you translate.
After you’ve made your list of key words, you may want to refer to the Translation Words resource to help you understand the meanings of the key words and other words in the Bible.
