"12": "And Jethro, the father-in-law of Moses, brought a burnt offering and sacrifices for God. And Aaron came, and all the elders of Israel, to eat bread before the face of God with the father-in-law of Moses.\n\n\\s5\n\\p ",
"13": "And so it happened the next day, that Moses sat down to judge the people. And the people stood around Moses from morning until evening. ",
"14": "And Moses father-in-law was watching all that he did for the people, and he said, “What is this thing that you are doing with the people? For what purpose do you sit alone, and all the people plant themselves next to you from morning until evening?”\n\n\\s5 ",
"15": "And Moses said to his father-in-law that, “The people come to me to ask questions of God. ",
"16": "When a situation comes up among them, someone comes to me. And I judge between a man and his associate, and I help them understand the statutes of God and his laws.”\n\n\\s5 ",
"17": "And the father-in-law of Moses said to him, “The thing which you are doing is not beneficial. ",
"18": "You will wear yourself out to exhaustion, both you and also these people who are with you, because this is too heavy for you. You are not able to do it by yourself. ",
"19": "Now, listen to my voice. I will advise you, and God will be with you. You be the one before God for the people, and you bring their disputes to God youself. ",
"20": "And you must instruct them about the statutes and the laws. And you must show them in which way to go and what work to do.\n\n\\s5 ",
"21": "And you yourself must search out from all the people capable men, those who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest profit. And you must assign over them leaders of thousands, leaders of hundreds, leaders of fifties, and leaders of tens. ",
"22": "And they will judge the people in all regular times. And so it will be: every big situation they will bring to you, and every small situation they will judge themselves. And lighten what is on you, as they will carry the burden alongside you. ",
"23": "If you do this thing, and God instructs you, then you will be able to endure; and furthermore, all of these people will go to their place in peace.”\n\n\\s5 ",
"24": "And Moses listened to the voice of his father-in-law and started doing everything that he had said. ",
"25": "And Moses was choosing capable men from all Israel, and he was assigning them as heads over the people, leaders of thousands, leaders of hundreds, leaders of fifties, and leaders of tens. ",
"26": "And they judged the people in all regular circumstances. The difficult situation they brought to Moses, and the small situation they themselves judged. ",
