  "2": "and certain women who had been healed from evil spirits and diseases: Mary who was called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out;",

  "4": "And when a large crowd was gathering, and coming to him by city, he spoke in a parable:",
  "5": "“The sower went out to sow his seed, and as he sowed, some fell along the road, and it was trampled underfoot, and the birds of the sky devoured it.",
  "6": "And other seed fell on the rock, and when it grew up, it withered away, because it had no moisture.\n\n\n\\ts\\*",
  "7": "And other seed fell in the midst of the thorns, and the thorns grew up with it and choked it.",
  "8": "And other seed fell on the good soil, and when it grew up, it produced fruit a hundred times greater.” After saying these things, he called out, “The one who has ears to hear, let him hear.”\n\n\n\\ts\\*\n\\p",
  "9": "Then his disciples questioned him, “What is this parable?”",
  "10": "And he said, “To you has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest in parables, so that, ‘Seeing, they may not see; and hearing, they may not understand.’\n\n\n\\ts\\*",
  "11": "And the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.",
  "12": "And the ones along the path are those who have heard, but then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so they may not believe and be saved.",
  "13": "And the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy. But they have no root; they believe for a time, and in a time of testing they go away.\n\n\n\\ts\\*",
  "14": "And the ones that fell among the thorns, these are the ones who hear, but as they go on their way, they are choked by cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and they do not produce mature fruit.",
  "15": "But the ones on the good soil, these are the ones who, having heard the word with an honest and good heart, hold it securely and bear fruit with endurance.\n\n\n\\ts\\*\n\\p",
  "16": "And no one lights a lamp and covers it with a bowl or puts it under a bed. Rather, he puts it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light.",
  "17": "For nothing is hidden that will not become visible, nor secret that will certainly not be known and come into visibility.",
  "18": "So be careful how you listen, for whoever has, it will be given to him, but whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has will be taken away from him.”\n\n\n\\ts\\*\n\\p",

  "29": "For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out from the man. For many times it had seized him, and he was bound with chains and shackles and kept under guard, and breaking his bonds, he would be driven by the demon into the wilderness.\n\n\n\\ts\\*",

  "33": "Then the demons came out from the man and entered into the pigs, and the herd rushed down the steep slope into the lake and was drowned.\n\n\n\\ts\\*",
  "34": "And when those tending the pigs saw what had happened, they ran off and reported it in the city and in the countryside.",

  "41": "And behold, a man came whose name was Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue. And falling at the feet of Jesus, he begged him to come to his house,",
