"7": "Now if the ministry that brought death—engraved in letters on stones—came in such glory that the sons of Israel could not look directly at the face of Mose, because of the glory of his face which was fading,",

"8": "Will the ministry of the Spirit not be with much more glory?\n\n\\ts\\*",

"9": "For if the ministry of condemnation was glorious, how much more does the ministry of righteousness abound in glory!",

"10": "For indeed, that which once was glorious is no longer glorious in this respect, because of the glory that exceeds it.",

"11": "For if that which was fading away came with glory, how much more will that which remains come in glory!\n\n\\ts\\*\n\\p",

"12": "Since we have such a hope, we act with much boldness,",

"13": "and not like Moses, who put a veil over his face, so that the sons of Israel would not look directly at the end of that which was fading away.\n\n\\ts\\*",

"14": "But their minds were hardened. For until the present day, the same veil remains at the reading of the old covenant. It has not been lifted, because only in Christ is it fading away.",

"15": "But even today, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their heart.",

"16": "But whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.\n\n\\ts\\*",

"17": "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.",

"18": "Now we all, with unveiled face, see as a reflection the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.\n\n\\ts\\*",
