# Mount Hermon # ## Facts: ## Mount Hermon is the name of the tallest mountain in Israel at the southern tip of the Lebanon mountain range. * It is located north of the Sea of Galilee, at the northern border between Israel and Syria. * Other names given to Mount Hermon by other people groups were "Mount Sirion" and "Mount Senir." * Mount Hermon has three major peaks. The tallest peak is around 2,800 meters high.
