## Wherever the  Spirit moved, they moved ##

The word "they" refers to the creatures.

##  the wheels rose up beside them ##

"the wheels went up into the air with the living creatures"

## the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels ##

"the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels too"
